Lab Testing
We will help you get the tests you need in order to work with Dr. Seth. The fee for our chart review and lab order is $20.00 (options 2 and 3). There are a few options for this:
- We provide you a list of comprehensive panels and testing Dr. Seth prefers to use. Your primary care provider can reference this and place the lab order for you. This is a good option if you have a naturally minded PCP and insurance that covers your labs.
- If you do not have a PCP to order these for you, but your insurance will cover the labs, we are able to write the lab request for you through either Sonora Quest or LabCorp.
- We work with a nationwide co-op that offers deep discounts on lab panels, for which we pass the savings on to you by not up-charging for any of these. In most cases we can get a full panel with comprehensive testing for around $275.00.
In order for Dr. Seth to order lab testing for you, we would need to establish you as our client by having you fill in the new client intake forms.
